About Advanced Education Services

History

Established in 1989 as a non-profit corporation, Advanced Educational Services (AES) owns and operates non-public, non- sectarian schools for special needs students in California and one tuition-free charter school in Chandler, Arizona.

Originally, AES nonpublic schools were created to educate children with special needs and disabilities. Today, AES nonpublic schools have grown to include regular education as well as designated instructional and alternative education services to children from kindergarten through grade twelve with locations throughout California.

Mission

Our mission is to provide each child, family and adult we serve with quality educational programs and services in a caring, supportive and nurturing environment so they may be empowered to lead successful and productive lives.

Nonpublic Schools - Special Eduction Services

Typically, the special needs students served by AES nonpublic schools are emotionally disturbed, have specific learning disabilities and/or limited cognitive functioning, speech impairments, autism or are developmentally delayed.

Each classroom setting offers a safe and supportive environment at every grade level. The class sizes are kept to a minimum, with an average of approximately eight students in each class. The ratio is even further reduced to as low as 3-4 students per adult with the introduction of teachers' aides into the classroom. The specialized curriculum is designed to help students master the basic skills while enhancing positive behavior.

Charter School - A Tuition Free Academy

Advanced Education Services operates Chandler Scholastic Academy, a tuition free charter school serving elementary grades K-6 located in Chandler, Arizona. Chandler Scholastic Academy offers an elevated standards-based curriculum, student-centered environment, individualized instruction, uniforms and an advanced technology curriculum offered through the on-grounds, state-of-the-art Smart Lab.
